Hey Everybody
I have arrived in Orlando after over 23 hours of traveling. Haven't been able to post on here till today as I needed my Disney ID till today. Now to what has happened over the last few days...

Traveled by a plane over here, not too much to say about that I was on a plane, exciting stuff I know. Traveled and hour from Adelaide to Melbourne, 14 hours from Melbourne to Los Angeles and 4 and a half hours from Los Angeles to Orlando. Arrived in Orlando with a large group of Aussies and we had to wait for someone at the airport, who turned up and was the most cheerful person in the universe! Now something that’s easy to deal with not having slept for 24 hours. We got to Vista Way, my new home that houses a lot of the people on the college program. There are 3 other housing estates for us, but Vista is the main one. After locating my room and meeting one of the housemates that were there (who managed to say about 3 words to me, he hasn't said anything since) went to Wal-Mart, which is a massive store with just about anything you want there. After buying some supplies from there, went back to the apartment and went to sleep.

Started the morning off with a lot of form signing and getting housing ID's done, really boring stuff. Still hadn't got our Disney IDs so we couldn't go to the parks yet, I also have no idea where I am working. After this I met some more of my housemates that weren't there the night before, the others seem pretty nice and welcoming and say more then 3 words to me. Had lunch at a place called Wendy's, which is kinda like a McDonalds. Got a small meal there which is about the same size as a large at McDonalds in Australia, its no wonder everyone over here is overweight. After this we had a housing meeting, where we got told about the apartments and what to do, more boring stuff!

Actually got to go to one of the parks today! We got taken to the Epcot theme park, got loaded off the bus and brought to a room with tables and forms we had to sign. Spent about 3 hours signing forms before they took us home ... we weren't allowed into the park, which was mean. Here we were signing forms, we could see Epcot out the window but we couldn't touch. I did get to find out where I am working though. I am working at the Disney-MGM studios in operations, should be fun!
1st Dec
Had to wake up at 6 to go to 'Traditions' which is an introduction training course about Disney. So we got to learn all about the background to Disney, their history, there rules and regulations and all that stuff, which was kind of cool. We then had a small meeting with the people working in Disney-MGM Studios, where I had hoped I'd find out where exactly I am working, but no. I do this tomorrow. I have to wake up early again tomorrow to have a tour of the park and get my costume I'll be wearing fitted, so excited about that.
Right now I think I might be hitting the Magic Kingdom hopefully.
I'll catch you cats later
